I have started doing daily meditations again and I am thoroughly enjoying the results. I feel more calm, relaxed and focused. I also feel so much more connected and FULL (of joy, love, etc). It is absolutely fabulous!! I have missed it SO MUCH!! Not even sure how I began forgetting to do it.
Ever since I started doing it more religiously, I have been seeing a lot of my favorite spiritual numbers – synchronicity EVERYWHERE– and it has reminded me how tapped in, tuned in and turned on I have been. I cannot even begin to describe the winks from The Universe I have been seeing and how open I am to receiving them.
I continue to remind myself that one of the things I would like to do more often is write (especially here) and get back into doing some arts and crafts. I need some creative outlets to focus all this creative energy that has been building up. I am thinking about taking a drawing or painting class or maybe even get into sewing. I would love to find something I can do one night a week to let my creative juices flow.
I have been reading and watching a lot of things that inspire me. For example, I am loving most of the projects that Oprah has been working on such as Super Soul Sunday’s on OWN. So much good stuff going on there!! I also love her Master Class program and Lifeclass of course!!
I have also been reading books and articles that The Universe have been bringing to me based on what I have been meditating on. I will be sure to start writing reviews more often of them.

Meditation is the best way to release all your stress and i think through meditation you can attain the sprirtual peace also.
