Ever sat up late at night thinking about something that is bothering you? Something that just is not going “right” in your life?
Maybe you’re thinking about the mistake you made that you simply wish you could take back o that decision that lead you down the wrong path? Or perhaps it is something someone else did (or did not) do.
With just that one idea, about that one event, other memories, thoughts ideas and images are summoned to it – whether they are positive or negative. That one thought creates a stream of other thoughts that are similar in nature.
And guess what… all it takes for you to change it around (if it is attracting useless, hurtful, disturbing, etc. thoughts, ideas & images) is ONE THOUGHT. It does not even have to be a powerful one. It can be as simple as the feeling you get when you look at a sunset or something else that brings you joy like the sound a child giggling.
All it takes is that one thought and if you focus on it long enough and allow yourself to get to the emotional level that it matches, other thoughts will flow that match it as well. Positive thoughts attract other positive thoughts and positive thinking can be simple if you allow it to be.
Remember… it just takes one.
